FULL SERVICE DESIGN

Our Full Service Design is a collaborative experience where we work closely with you to identify your needs and wants for a project. We provide floor plans, furniture and material selections, a full comprehensive design presentation, along with 3D renderings and 3D walk-throughs.

Additionally we offer services for the procurement of all materials and furniture, white glove delivery, and construction oversight. See more about our process below!

VIRTUAL DESIGN

Our Virtual Design Experience is great if your project is out of the San Diego area! It offers the same experience as our Full Service Design, except we meet virtually. This is particularly beneficial if you're considering new construction in a different state, as our 3D renderings can assist you in envisioning the potential of your future space.

HOW WE WORK

PHASE I

DESIGN STRATEGY Our team will work with you, engaging in thoughtful discussions and gathering inspiration to meet the preferences, goals, and project vision. During this phase, we start the creative process by curating mood boards, combining colors, textures, and elements to set the tone for the project. This allows us to craft a design strategy that aligns seamlessly with the unique project style and objectives.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN During this phase, we focus on developing general layouts and sketches, ensuring every aspect of the design meets the project requirements before moving into hard material selections.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT Building upon conceptual design, we dive into creating a fully coordinated presentation package for the project. Our team will produce final layouts, select materials and curate samples.This phase is where we transform concepts into tangible designs through presentations and renderings.

PHASE II

PROCUREMENT If your project includes furniture and/or materials, our team meticulously handles the procurement process. We select from reputable suppliers, ensure quality control, timely delivery, and seamless installation.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION We work closely with a trusted general contractor, overseeing every step of the construction process to assure building requirements pertaining to the project are fulfilled. Our team provides comprehensive project coordination, maintaining clear communication channels and conducting regular site visits to guarantee that the project vision is brought to life.

PHASE III

STYLING Going beyond our traditional furniture procurement, we curate a unique collection of thrifted gems and one-of-a-kind pieces, collaborating closely with experienced curators and stylists. The purchase of these curated elements is entirely optional post-project completion. PHOTOS Following styling, we partner with interior design photographers to professionally capture the essence of your completed space.
