Hillside Estate
Welcome to our latest venture, the Hillside Estate Remodel. In collaboration with IS Architecture and J Walsh Construction, this project encompasses structural alterations for a full-scale transformation. Our design spans all areas of the home—from the hard material selections in the interior and exterior kitchens and bathrooms to the furniture selections in the interior and exterior living spaces. Our vision is to breathe new life into every corner of this estate.
The design concept revolves around a clean transitional feel, creating a bright and open ambiance that harmonizes with the breathtaking outdoors surrounding the property. We worked closely with our clients to ensure the space feels personal and homey, incorporating a wealth of custom elements throughout. Each cabinet is fully custom, featuring mesh inserts for added detail and texture. The design also highlights intricate New Ravenna tilework, including a bespoke coffee bar backsplash where we customized the colors alongside our clients.
Every room exudes its own sense of charm while maintaining a cohesive flow throughout the home. A standout feature is the piano room, framed by a large custom iron and glass door, serving as a striking focal point upon entry. This space is truly shaping up to be incredible and is currently under construction.
